2. Definitions

• Customer / you – any person or entity purchasing tickets, subscriptions, or merchandise from us.
• Match tickets – single-entry tickets for scheduled futsal matches.
• Season pass – pass granting access to multiple home matches within a specific season.
• Subscription service – a paid service granting access to live-streamed or recorded match content.
• Merchandise – fan gadgets, clothing, and other club-branded products sold through our webshop.

3. Scope

These Terms apply to:

1. Purchase of match tickets and season passes.
2. Future purchase of live-stream subscriptions.
3. Purchase of merchandise from our webshop.
4. Any other products or services offered on our website.

4. Ordering Process

• Orders can be placed through our website and are confirmed by email once payment is successfully processed.
• By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are correct.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment is not received or in case of suspected fraud.

5. Prices and Payment

• All prices are in euros (€) and include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made using the available payment methods listed at checkout.
• Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

6. Delivery

• Tickets and season passes are delivered digitally to the email address provided during checkout.
• Merchandise is shipped to the address provided. Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen.
• Subscriptions will be activated once payment has been confirmed.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

• Merchandise purchases: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
• Tickets and season passes: The right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities with a fixed date or period, except as stated in our refund policy below.
• Subscriptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once streaming access has started.
• If your order is eligible for withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] and return the goods at your own expense within 14 days.

8. Refunds and Exchanges

• Match tickets: You may request a refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled match start time. Refund requests must be sent in writing to [email protected].
  After this deadline, tickets are non-refundable unless the match is cancelled or rescheduled by us.
• Season passes: Non-refundable once the season has started, except where the majority of matches are cancelled by us.
• Merchandise: Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected, provided the return meets the 14-day withdrawal period.
• Subscriptions: Subscription fees are non-refundable once streaming access has been granted, except where the service is unavailable due to our fault.

9. Cancellations and Changes

• We reserve the right to reschedule matches or events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, force majeure).
• In such cases, your ticket or pass remains valid for the new date, or a refund may be offered if attendance is not possible.
• For subscriptions, we may change the content, features, or availability of the service, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the core features.

10. Use of Subscription Service

• Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.
• Sharing account credentials or streaming content is strictly prohibited.
• Breach of this rule may result in suspension or termination of your subscription without refund.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your internet connection meets the minimum technical requirements to access the service.

11. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant purchase.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect contact details provided by the customer.
• We are not responsible for disruptions or delays caused by third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, internet service providers).

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding on our website and products remain the property of Z.V.V BE'79 Futsal Club.
You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written consent.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website with the revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
